Our sports performance program covers basic strength and conditioning, sprint mechanics, agility, and advanced strength conditioning techniques. As a former collegiate athlete, Bill Kraft has been there – in the trenches, preparing for an upcoming season, rehabbing from an injury, and mentally preparing for the rigors of a season. Not only can he teach you what to do, he’s done it!

- 5x – $350 ($70/session)
- 10x – $650 ($65/session)
- 20x – $1,200 ($55/session)
We can also prepare you for a High School, College, or Professional Combine. Bill has worked with many athletes of all ages and levels and has had proven success in this area. Sports Specific Combine prep is an art in itself. We can provide you with the tips, tricks and techniques it takes to win.
